The methodology exists.
The licence is yours to earn.

The clinical pathway ( Psychologists, Social Workers & Therapists)

For registered clinical
professionals only.

The AITPPM™ closes three gaps simultaneously — clinical, cultural, and commercial — for qualified professionals who know something is missing in how the formal system was trained to serve African adolescents and families.

"The clinical room, the diagnostic language, the individual focus — all of it signals to a Black South African teenager: this space was not built for you."

The AITPPM™ is a six-month clinical professional development and licensing programme. It equips registered social workers, psychologists, and therapists to deliver indigenously-grounded psychosocial intervention with African adolescents and families — within their existing professional scope.

Clinical Scope You Will Be Licensed to Deliver

Grief counselling · Suicide ideation support · Self-harm intervention · ASDB spectrum counselling with ICD-10 framework · Complex family mediation · Overall psychosocial support for African adolescents and families · Substance-linked behaviour counselling

Business Capability You Will Build

Private practice setup · Medical aid billing (ICD-10, practice number, scheme engagement) · Ethical marketing within SACSSP/HPCSA requirements · Income stream mapping · Programme design within the AITPPM™ framework

Three entry tiers

Tier A

Social Workers Without a Practice Number

SACSSP-registered, 3–4+ years experience. The AITPPM™ walks alongside you through registration, medical aid billing setup, and the full practice foundation

Tier B

Social Workers in Private Practice

SACSSP-registered with existing practice number. The specialisation that differentiates you and opens new income streams within your existing practice.

Tier C

Psychologists & Therapists

HPCSA-registered. The culturally grounded, decolonial framework your training did not give you — and the business architecture to build a thriving specialist practice.

Important: The Teencoaching™ Certification is not required for the AITPPM™. Your clinical registration is the entry point. If you later wish to work in the coaching tracks, a partial credit arrangement applies.

The professional home

One community. Every track.

Mayine Global Indigenous Coaches Association™. The professional membership body for all certified and licensed practitioners — coaching and clinical. One name. One home. The distinction is in the payment pathway, not the community.
