The Mayine Global Indigenous Coaching Fellowship: A New Way to Learn and Earn

Our fellowship program allows you to earn while you learn and gain practical experience, all while contributing to your Teencoach™ certification or the Young Adult Coach or Family Coach programs. Instead of traditional tuition fees, this client-supported model reduces your financial burden and builds your coaching business at the same time.

How It Works:

  • Sourcing Your Clients:
You will source 10 clients who are willing to commit to R475 per month for a year-long coaching package. This ensures that you’re building a sustainable client base while completing your training.

  • Clients as Part of Your Training:
The clients you secure will benefit from ongoing coaching sessions and will form part of your practical coaching hours, guided by experienced supervision. This structure ensures you get real-world experience while helping your clients navigate their personal challenges.

  • Comprehensive Coaching Supervision:
As you work with your clients, you will receive ongoing coaching supervision to ensure you’re providing high-quality support and guidance. This mentorship will help you grow and refine your skills in a supportive environment.

  • Save on Tuition Fees:
The client fees you earn will directly contribute to covering your tuition. By sourcing 10 clients, you can significantly reduce your certification costs—allowing you to focus on developing your coaching business without worrying about upfront tuition payments.
