Teencoaching Parenting Circles™ · Small Group · Intentional · Indigenous
From default parenting
to intentional instinct.
You are not reacting because you don't care. You are reacting because no one has given you a structured, honest space to think, grow, and parent differently. That is what the Teencoaching Parenting Circles™ were built for.
The problem
Parenting is never
simple.
Between school emails, behaviour dips, emotional overload, academic pressure, and balancing your own stress — it is easy to feel like you are constantly reacting instead of leading. The Teencoaching Parenting Circles™ were created for parents who want to shift that cycle.
This is not a WhatsApp group. This is not random advice-sharing. This is a small, intentional circle of eight parents led by a Certified Indi-Parenting Coach — designed to help you parent with clarity, presence, and confidence.
The Power of 8
Why only
eight parents?
Because real change does not happen in crowded rooms. The Power of 8 is the intentional format that defines these circles — rooted in the African indigenous understanding that transformation happens in small, held communities where every voice has equal weight.
Individual attention
Small enough that your coach knows your child's name, your situation, and your specific season of parenting.
Honest conversation
Safe enough that you can say what you actually think — not what sounds like a good parent. No performance. No judgment.
Shared wisdom
Large enough that you learn from the lived experience of other parents navigating the same developmental season as you.
Real accountability
Structured enough that every parent participates. Nobody gets lost. No voices dominate. Everyone grows.
Who this is for
The parent who is ready
to lead, not react.
The Teencoaching Parenting Circles™ are ideal for parents who are done firefighting and ready to parent with intention
You want to feel supported instead of isolated in your parenting journey.
You want to better understand behaviour, emotions, and school stress in your child.
You want to develop a stronger, more connected relationship with your child.
You want to stop parenting from exhaustion and guesswork.
You want to build intentional routines without shouting or guilt.
You want to know what to do when schools call, homework piles up, or a crisis arrives.
Three focused groups
Each stage has its
own circle.
Because each developmental stage comes with its own pressures and frustrations, we do not mix grade groups. You will be placed with parents who are navigating exactly the same season as you.
Foundation Stage
Grade 1–4 Parents
Building foundations for emotional regulation, routines, early behaviour concerns, and navigating the first waves of school expectations.
Pre-Teen Stage
Grade 5–7 Parents
Supporting preteen transitions: identity shifts, academic demands, emotional ups and downs, and growing independence.
Teen Stage
Grade 8–10 - Parents
Helping parents respond to teen pressures, subject choices, discipline issues, communication breakdowns, and stronger peer influences.
The structure
How the circle
works
Three interlocking components that keep you growing between sessions — not just in the room.
01
Bi-Monthly In-Person Coaching Sessions
Every second month your circle meets in person for a 3-hour structured session led by your Certified Indi-Parenting Coach. Each session builds on the previous one — your growth is consistent, not hit-and-miss.
Understanding your child's behaviour · Managing discipline without chaos · Rebuilding routine and structure · Navigating school issues · Responding instead of reacting
02
Guided WhatsApp Circle Support
Between sessions, your group stays connected through a coach-facilitated WhatsApp space. Ask questions, get clarity, learn from each other's real experiences. It is not noisy. It is not overwhelming. It is structured and purposeful.
03
Monthly Tools & Curriculum Access
Your circle is supported by a practical, evidence-based curriculum developed by Nomveliso Mbanga. You will receive tools, exercises, and reflections that help you apply what you are learning at home — between every session.
