2. Parenting Coaching Certification

  • Focus: Parents and younger children

  • Full Certification Fee: R198,000 (includes Teen Coaching + Parenting specialization)

3. Career Development Coaching Certification

  • Focus: Young adults (career guidance, personal development, life transitions)

  • Partial Scholarship Commitment Fee: R45,000

  • Full Certification Fee: R198,000 (includes Teencoaching + Career specialization)

Note: Teencoaching Certification is a prerequisite for Parenting or Career Development Coaching. Those entering specialized tracks directly gain both foundational and advanced training.

Flexible Payment Options

  • Partial Scholarship Installments: Pay your commitment fee in 2–3 manageable installments to secure your spot and start learning immediately.

    • Teen Coaching: R35,000 split over 2–3 months

    • Parenting/Career Development: R45,000 split over 3 months

  • Remaining Balance Payment: After or during the training program, pay the remainder of the certification fee in structured installments or offset through in-house practice earnings.

  • Full Payment Option: Pay the full certification fee upfront for priority access to materials and coaching placements.

Partial Scholarship Eligibility

For Teencoaching Certification Applicants:

  • Age: 25 years or older

  • Minimum education: Matric

  • Experience working with young people (community, school, tutoring, mentorship, youth development)

  • Commitment to complete the full program and apply learning

  • At least one professional reference or testimonial verifying youth engagement

  • (Preferred) Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience

For Parenting Coaching & Career Development Certification Applicants:

  • Meet all Teencoaching requirements

  • Completed Teen Coaching Certification (included if entering specialization directly)

  • Experience with parenting/family support or working with young adults

  • Ability to facilitate or support clients effectively

  • Commitment to ethical coaching practice

  • At least one reference or testimonial confirming experience

  • (Preferred) Additional qualifications or experience in education, psychology, social work, or related fields

Training Structure – Six Months Learning + Six Months Practice

Step 1: Six-Month Hybrid Training

  • 2–3 months of intensive theory online and in-person

  • 3–4 months of applied practice and coaching simulations

  • Build foundational skills and confidence to coach under supervision

Step 2: 12-Month In-House Practice

  • Join our in-house coaching team to gain real-world experience while completing your scholarship financial commitment

  • Receive mentorship and supervision to ensure quality and confidence while earning a lower & (percentage fee to off scholarship)

Step 3: Independent Coaching & Income Potential

  • After another 12 months, launch your private or hybrid coaching practice

  • Typical earning potential: R1,200 – R2,000 per coaching session

  • Expand your client base through the MaGICA network and grow your income as experience and reputation increase
