Online Short Courses
Self-Paced (for individuals) or Facilitated (for organisations)
"These courses are mainly designed for organizations that work predominantly with young people of Indigenous descent as beneficiaries, especially if their intake pool is in the majority."
Track 1: Personal Development for Youth Workers
Track 2: Facilitation & Technical Skills for Youth Work
“In Indigenous approaches to human development, facilitators cannot authentically support young people without first doing their own inner work. This dual focus—personal growth alongside skill-building—ensures facilitators avoid projecting unresolved biases, burnout, or colonial patterns onto marginalized youth. It also honors the principle that healing and leadership begin within. Below are courses designed to cultivate your team’s inner readiness (to ‘be’ with youth) and outer competency (to ‘do’ the work).”
