Pre-Teens (Grade 5 to 7 Only)

This group is usually in Primary School, at a stage where they are aware of the world around them, yet battling to articulate the emotions they feel. Often they witness a lot of things: at home, at school, in the community at large as well as their ever changing bodies. We use this session to shine the light on these, help give clarity and attempt to explain the world around it way that will not cripple but build.

Teen Boys Only (Grade 8 to 11)

This group is usually in High School, a stage where they are at the rebellion stage. Trying to form independence from family, often highly influenced by friends. We usually say “"it takes a village to raise a child”, in this group this village forms around teens automatically. We can either influence or help them form or choose this village or we can leave them to their vices. We create safe space to question and make informed decisions.

Teen Girls Only (Grade 8 to 11)

From the very beginning of our journey, our vision was to create a space for teenagers that is not only physically safe but also emotionally supportive, safe. A place where they are seen, heard, and assisted in unpacking and understanding life as it unfolds. We have hosted over 20 retreats as a solo business, and the year 2025 will mark our 10th anniversary as a formally registered business. This is a huge milestone by all accounts.

Distinguished as Tebogo Thekisho, widely known as ProVerb, is a versatile figure hailing from the Diamond Capital of the world, Kimberley in the Northern Cape. Evolving from his roots in music, Tebogo has seamlessly transitioned into a multifaceted professional, emphasizing academic achievements, business acumen, and a commitment to continuous learning.

After attaining a diploma in Sound Engineering, Tebogo commenced his career at Yfm as the Technical Producer for DJ Fresh in 2003. Simultaneously, he left an indelible mark on television as the host of the Hip-Hop segment “Head-Rush” on Channel O. Tebogo’s music career flourished with the release of his debut album, “The Book of ProVerb,” in 2005, followed by four subsequent albums, a mixtape, and numerous collaborations that solidified his standing in the music industry.

Beyond his musical endeavors, Tebogo is a published author, formidable speaker, and Master of Ceremonies. Serving as a non-executive director for travel and tourism companies Flight Centre and FCM Travel Solutions and co-owning the television production company “SIC Entertainment,” he has contributed to the production of notable shows, including Idols South Africa, Nigerian Idol, and Wedding Bashers.

Demonstrating a keen interest in property, Tebogo has expanded his expertise by completing a UCT certificate in Property Development and Investment, one in Tax Law, along with another in Investment Management. Currently managing a diverse property portfolio across Gauteng, KZN, and the Western Cape, he has established himself as a savvy entrepreneur in the real estate sector.
