iKhwezikazi Retreat — A Sanctuary for Teen Girls
This Year Was A Lot. Give Her the Space to "Just Be".
(A Year-End Retreat for Teen Girls Who Need to Breathe)
Is your daughter carrying the weight of a tough year?
You’ve seen it. The fatigue, the withdrawal, the feeling that she’s just going through the motions. This year asked too much of her, and now she’s running on empty. She doesn't need another lecture or another activity to add to her list.
She needs a soft place to land. She needs a space to just be.
Introducing The Khwezi Retreat, a sacred year-end sanctuary designed exclusively for teen girls (13-17) who have endured a rough year and desperately need a space to reset, rest, and remember who they are beyond the stress.
This isn't a boot camp. It's not academic. There are no chores, no expectations, and no pressure to perform.
The year has been long, hard, and full of challenges. For some teen girls, it’s been a rough year — filled with pressures, struggles, and moments that leave them feeling exhausted, unseen, or overwhelmed.
The iKhwezikazi Retreat is a dedicated space created for these girls — a space where there are no chores, no expectations, no distractions. Just a safe, nurturing environment where they can:
Rest deeply and breathe freely
Debrief and reflect on the year they’ve had
Reposition and gain clarity about who they are and who they are becoming
Ground themselves, reconnect with their emotions, and reconnect with their inner strength
This is not an academic retreat. It is a space of presence, restoration, and self-discovery. Through carefully curated activities, journaling, reflective exercises, and guidance from inspiring women, girls are given the opportunity to process, reset, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
By the end of the weekend, they leave not just rested, but renewed, empowered, and anchored in who they truly are.
For teen girls aged 13–17 who’ve had a rough year and need a safe, intentional space to breathe, grow, and rise — this is their place.
The Benefits of a Reset
We don't just fill time with activities; we curate experiences that lead to tangible shifts. Here’s what your daughter will gain:
Deep Mental & Emotional Rest: A true break from screens, schedules, and chores. She will have the space to sleep, daydream, and simply be, allowing her nervous system to finally calm down.
Clarity and Context: She will gently process the year's events, helping her make sense of her experiences and see her strength and resilience clearly.
Renewed Self-Connection: Through guided introspection, she will reconnect with her core identity, values, and the things that truly bring her joy, separate from external pressures.
Practical Life Tools: She will learn foundational skills in emotional regulation and communication, giving her a stronger inner toolkit to handle future challenges.
A Supportive Sisterhood: She will find a powerful sense of belonging and connection with other girls who understand her journey, breaking the isolation a tough year can create.
A Grounded Foundation for the New Year: She will leave feeling lighter, more anchored, and with a refreshed sense of hope and excitement for what’s ahead.
