Welcome to the Teencoaching™ Thrive Club Online Community!

1️⃣ Access the Online Community

• You and your teen will receive a welcome email with login details for the Thrive Club Online Portal.

• In the portal, your teen can:

  • Watch recorded sessions anytime

  • Access weekly affirmations, reflection prompts, and challenges

  • View session schedules and special content

2️⃣ Join the WhatsApp Group

• Your teen will be added to a moderated WhatsApp group for reminders, weekly affirmations, announcements, and quick support.

• Important: Teens should not chat privately with anyone they do not already know. If they receive any unsolicited messages, alert a coach immediately.

3️⃣ Bi-Weekly Live Sessions

• Live coaching sessions take place every second Wednesday, 18h00–19h00.

• A Zoom/Google Meet link will be shared in both the community portal and WhatsApp group before each session.

• Seven sessions per year will be led either by Nomveliso Mbanga, the Founder, or by one of our Certified Associate Teencoaches™, depending on the topic and guest speakers.

• All sessions are recorded and uploaded for replay access.

4️⃣ Weekly Engagement

• Teens will receive weekly affirmations, reflection prompts, and short growth challenges to help them practice what they learn.

• These will be shared through both the portal and WhatsApp group.

5️⃣ Festive Season & Holiday Support

• During school holidays and festive seasons, the community portal and WhatsApp group remain open.

• Teens can reach out to moderators or coaches if they face day-to-day or emotional challenges that need troubleshooting.

• Live bi-weekly sessions pause in December and resume when schools reopen.

6️⃣ Important Reminders

• This is a group-focused, subscription-based community. It does not include one-on-one coaching or parental feedback.

• Monthly fees are automatically billed. If payment fails or is missed, access is paused until updated.

• By joining, you agree to follow the community guidelines and rules to ensure a safe and positive environment.
