Your teen is now part of the Teencoaching™ Thrive Online Community — a safe and empowering digital space guided by certified coaches.

Here’s what happens next:

1️⃣ Welcome Email & Portal Access

• You’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with login details for the Thrive Club Online Portal.

• In the portal, your teen can:

  • Watch recorded sessions anytime

  • Access weekly affirmations, reflection prompts, and short growth challenges

  • View the term’s learning themes and content schedule

2️⃣ Communication & Community Updates

We use WhatsApp for quick updates, reminders, and essential announcements only.
Here’s how it works:

• You’ll receive an invitation link to join your region’s Thrive Announcement Channel (not a group chat).

• These channels are used to share reminders about upcoming sessions, new uploads, and special notices.

• Teens cannot message within channels — this ensures safety, focus, and privacy.

For meaningful community interaction and peer engagement:

• The Teencoaching™ Thrive Online Portal remains the main space for discussions, reflections, and shared resources.

• All coaches and moderators are active there to guide, comment, and respond.

If your region’s membership exceeds the WhatsApp limit, the system automatically expands into regional sub-channels (e.g., “Thrive Club – Gauteng Teens,” “Thrive Club – KZN Teens”).
This ensures that each group remains personal, safe, and relevant.

3️⃣ Live Online Sessions

• Your teen will have access to one live group coaching session per term, facilitated by a Certified Teencoach™.

• Links will be shared in the portal and WhatsApp group before the session.

• Recordings will be uploaded for replay access.

4️⃣ Continuous Support

• The community portal and WhatsApp group remain active during school holidays and festive seasons for light check-ins and guidance.

• Formal live sessions pause in December and resume when schools reopen.

🧭 IF YOU JOINED THE PREMIUM PROGRAM (R2550 per month)

Your teen is part of the Teencoaching™ Thrive Full Program — a high-touch hybrid model that includes personal coaching, group workshops, and community membership.

Here’s what happens next:

1️⃣ Welcome Email & Coach Assignment

• You’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours introducing your teen’s assigned Certified Teencoach™, including their photo, short bio, and contact schedule.

• Your coach will reach out directly to confirm your teen’s first session date and introduce themselves personally.

2️⃣ Document Submission

Your welcome email will also include a secure link for:

• Submitting your teen’s latest school report

• Completing a brief coaching intake form (for goals, background, and preferences)

• Signing the parent–coach agreement outlining expectations and confidentiality

3️⃣ One-on-One Coaching Sessions

• Coaching sessions are held bi-weekly (every two weeks), online or in person, depending on your region.

• Each session focuses on academic confidence, emotional balance, and self-leadership.

• You’ll receive monthly progress updates and coach reflections.

4️⃣ Monthly In-Person Group Workshops

• Your teen will attend one monthly regional group workshop facilitated by Nomveliso Mbanga or Certified Associate Teencoaches™.

• Workshops combine experiential learning, practical skill-building, and peer connection.

• Event details will be shared via email and WhatsApp at the start of each month.

5️⃣ Ongoing Access to the Online Community

• Premium members also enjoy full access to the Thrive Online Portal and WhatsApp community for affirmations, reflection prompts, and continued learning between sessions.
