Train to coach. Build a practice. Change lives.
Three professional certification pathways rooted in indigenous identity, built on 30 years of practice, and designed to equip coaches who work with the whole young person — and the family around them.
Why CIAT™ is the required foundation
The teenage years are the preventative middle stage of a human's growth journey.
Coach that stage well, and you reduce the healing work a person needs to do as an adult. That's why CIAT™ — the full Teencoaching™ methodology, the Five Pillars Framework™, and a live coaching practicum — comes first, regardless of which population you ultimately want to specialise in.
A Parent Coach™ still needs to understand the teenager on the other side of the relationship. A Young Adult Coach™ is still working with someone whose adolescence shaped who they are today. CIAT™ is what makes both specialisations credible, not just a formality standing in the way of them.

Your first real clients will be teenagers
CIAT™ certification isn't theory-only — it requires a live coaching log with actual teen clients before you're certified, regardless of which specialisation you're aiming for. That's deliberate: whether you go on to coach parents or young adults, you can't credibly guide someone through their relationship to adolescence without having coached a teenager through it yourself first. The practicum is where the methodology stops being something you've studied and becomes something you can actually hold in a room.
