The Fee Structure
Two invoices. Always separate.
Always both required.
MaGICA™ membership is structured across two invoices. This is deliberate and non-negotiable. The trademark licence and the membership fee serve different purposes — conflating them creates confusion about what each covers. Both must be current for Licensed Associate status to remain active.
Invoice 1 — Annual
Trademark Licence Fee
Grants the legal right to use the Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ trademark, your certified practitioner title (CIAT™, CIAC™, CIAP™, or AITPPM™), and delivery rights in your practice and all marketing. Fixed across all tiers. Without an active licence, no practitioner may use any Mayine trademark, title, or programme name.

Invoice 2 — Annual
MaGICA™ Membership Fee
Grants access to the professional infrastructure that makes the licence worth holding — supervision, coaching plan library, methodology updates, practitioner directory listing, masterclasses, the MaGICA™ community, and ongoing development. Amount varies by tier. The membership is what makes the licence commercially viable.

Why two invoices?
The trademark licence gives you the right to use the name. The membership fee gives you access to the infrastructure that makes using the name worthwhile. One without the other is incomplete. Both are reviewed annually at the Annual Practitioners' Retreat. Both are non-negotiable conditions of Licensed Associate status.

All tiers include the trademark licence fee of R8,500. The membership fee varies by tier. Tiers can be upgraded at annual renewal. Current rates are founding cohort pricing for 2026.

Governance
Compulsory Supervision
All practitioners licensed to work with minors under Mayine certification are subject to compulsory group coaching supervision. This is not optional and not a bureaucratic requirement — it is how client safety is protected and practitioner growth is held. Supervision is led by the elected Lead Coaching Supervisor.
Resources
Coaching Plan Library
A curated, continuously updated library of coaching plans, session frameworks, programme templates, and methodology tools. This is the most commercially valuable asset in the membership — it removes the need for coaches to build from scratch and ensures methodological consistency across the network.
Community
Cross-Discipline Network
AITPPM™ clinical practitioners and coaching practitioners share the same community. Coaches gain proximity to clinical thinking. Clinicians gain visibility into what coaches navigate with teens and families. The cross-referral network operates inside the same framework — cultural continuity for every client.
Brand
Directory Listing
Active Licensed Associates are listed on the Mayine Certified Coaches directory with their credential, region, specialisations, and contact information. The directory is publicly accessible and credential-verified. Independent coaches — those not in MaGICA™ — are not listed.
Development
Masterclasses & CPD
Ongoing masterclasses aligned to the methodology. SACSSP and HPCSA CPD compliance is supported for clinical members. Methodology updates are released to members first — before they are publicly available.
Advanced
Retreat & Leadership Pathways
MaGICA™ membership is the gateway to the Retreat Facilitator Specialisation™, the Regional Principal Track, and the Train the Trainer pathway. None of these advanced roles are accessible outside active MaGICA™ membership.
Lapse Policy
What happens when membership lapses
Membership lapse immediately suspends all licences
A lapsed membership removes the practitioner's right to use any Mayine trademark, title, or programme name immediately. Retreat Delivery Licences are suspended. The practitioner may not market themselves under any Mayine credential until membership is renewed. Practitioners lapsed for more than 12 months must re-apply and may be required to complete a reorientation process. Mayine reserves the right to decline renewal where quality standards have not been maintained.
2026 Retreat Season
Retreats — the highest-intensity container
Retreats are led personally by Nomveliso. Licensed Retreat Facilitators who have completed the Retreat Facilitator Specialisation™ and hold the Retreat Delivery Licence may deliver Mayine-branded retreats in approved regions. All 2026 retreats are capped at 15 participants.
The Teencoached™ Circle
The teen membership community — separate from MaGICA™. R300/month · R2,500/year · Grades 8–11. Hosted on Mayine Indigenous Academy (Teachable). Six free templates, paid courses available, self-led community with monthly content drops. Open year-round. MaGICA™ coaches may direct clients here.
