Every Licensed Associate Teencoach™ holds an active annual licence, participates in group coaching supervision, and commits to ongoing training and personal development. Their practice is backed by more than 30 years of direct methodology development and is overseen by Mayine Development Institute at all times.

All services are delivered by Licensed Associate Teencoaches™ and managed through Mayine Development Institute. Enquiries, intake, and programme design are handled by the institute — ensuring every engagement meets our standard from the first contact.

1:1 Coaching
A designated space for your teenager to process, explore, and grow. Sessions are structured around the Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ methodology — not motivation, not mentoring. Coaching.

Group Coaching
A structured monthly group coaching programme for teenagers. Tracked, reported, and reviewed every quarter. Maximum 12 per group. Not a workshop — a developmental container.

COACHING SUPERVISION
Regular group supervision is a professional and ethical requirement. Because we work with children, oversight is non-negotiable and built into every licence.
ACCOUNTABILITY PLATFORM
Quarterly content-specific training keeps every practitioner current and aligned with the evolution of the Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ methodology.
CONTINOUS LEARNING
Annual retreats for the practitioner's own wholeness. A coach who is unresolved cannot hold space for a young person's growth. This is not optional.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Active annual licence. Renewal conditions. Supervision attendance policy. These are conditions of practice within this ecosystem — not aspirations.
