We are opening up a limited number of spaces in our coaching candidate programme to parents in our community — giving your teenager access to structured, professional Teencoaching™ at R950 per month — one dedicated session per month, plus ongoing WhatsApp group support — as part of our CIAT™ certification process.

We want to be completely upfront with you before you register. Your teenager will be enrolled in a structured, 12-month Teencoaching™ programme — one formal coaching session per month, plus access to a dedicated WhatsApp group for in-between support — at a cost of R950 per month. This is a reduced rate from our standard R2,500 per month fee.
The reason for the reduced rate is this: your teenager will be assigned to one of our CIAT™ certification candidates — a coach who is completing their Certified Identity-Anchored Teencoach™ qualification through Mayine Development Institute. As part of their certification, candidates are required to accumulate coaching hours with real clients. Your teenager becomes part of that clinical practice. You are supporting the training of a coach, and in return, you access premium coaching at a significantly reduced rate.
All coaching takes place under the direct oversight of Mayine Development Institute and our Supervision Lead. Payments are made to the Institute — never directly to the candidate coach.

Your teenager receives the full Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ experience — the same structured, indigenously-rooted methodology used in all Mayine programmes. The only difference is the fee. Nothing is withheld or watered down.
Every session is one-on-one — your teenager and their coach, working through a structured process designed entirely around who your child is. No group. No shared space. Full attention, every session. The programme addresses identity, purpose, academic orientation, and the internal frameworks that shape how a young person moves through the world. It is built on 30 years of practitioner experience and a methodology trademarked in four countries.
Sessions are conducted online, making this accessible regardless of where you are in South Africa. Your teenager will be matched to a candidate coach based on your location, their profile, and grade.

One-on-one coaching means your teenager has the full, undivided attention of their coach every session — no group dynamics, no waiting, no diluted focus. This is private, personal, and built entirely around your child. At R950/month against a standard rate of R2,500, this is one of the most significant investments you can make in your teenager at a fraction of the usual cost. All payments are made directly to Mayine Development Institute — never to the candidate coach. Community-only rate, not publicly available.
