Your Earning Potential — Mayine Development Institute™
Scholarship Candidate Resource

Your Earning
Potential

What you earn during your certification, when your income begins, and what becomes possible after you transition to Licensed Associate. This is the full financial picture of your scholarship journey.

This is not about making certification affordable. It is about building a real, revenue-generating practice from inside the training itself — so that by the time you hold your credential, you already know what it means to run a coaching business.

After Certification

After certification —
your practice. Your income.

Once your balance clears you have two clear options: remain a Licensed Associate or operate independently. Either way, every client you have sourced yourself is yours — 100%, permanently.

From Month 12 (CIAT™) or Month 15 (Specialisation) — Your Practice Is Yours

Once your balance clears and your credential is awarded, all private clients you have sourced are entirely yours. You keep 100% of what they pay. You set your own rates. For any clients Mayine refers to you, Licensed Associate terms apply — and you have the option to operate independently or remain a Licensed Associate. Either way, your private practice income is never shared.

Your Two Options After Certification
Option A
Licensed Associate
Operate under the Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ trademark. Receive Mayine-referred clients at a 60/40 split. Keep 100% of your own privately sourced clients. Access to MaGICA™ community, supervision, retreats, and brand ecosystem.
Private clients · 100% yours always
Option B
Independent Certified Coach
Build your own independent coaching practice using your CIAT™ credential and methodology training. No ongoing revenue share obligations. Your clients, your rates, your business entirely. Annual trademark licence fee applies.
All clients · 100% yours
Private Client Income — What You Earn From Your Own Practice

These are the rates for your private clients only — clients you source yourself. 100% of this income is yours regardless of whether you are a Licensed Associate or Independent. All terminology uses the correct Teencoaching™ spelling.
