How Membership Works
Two invoices.
Two things.
MaGICA™ membership operates on a two-invoice model. This is not complicated — but it is important to understand. The two invoices cover two distinct things. Both must be current for your Licensed Associate status to remain active.
Think of it this way: the trademark licence gives you the right to use the name. The membership fee gives you access to the infrastructure that makes using the name worthwhile. One without the other is incomplete.
Both are invoiced annually. Both are reviewed at the Annual Practitioners' Retreat. Both are non-negotiable conditions of Licensed Associate status.
01 - Trademark Licence Fee | R8,500/year
Grants the right to use the Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ trademark, your certified practitioner title (CIAT™, CIAC™, CIAP™, or AITPPM™), and the MAE™ delivery rights in your practice and marketing. Fixed across all tiers.
02 - Membership Fee | R12,000–R38,000/year
Grants access to supervision infrastructure, the coaching plan library, methodology updates, the practitioner directory listing, group masterclasses, and the MaGICA™ community. Varies by tier — R12,000 to R38,000 per year.
Both invoices must be current. Paying only the licence fee without the membership fee does not give you access to supervision, the library, or the practitioner community. Paying only the membership fee does not give you brand rights. Both are required. Neither is optional. The monthly payment option (R1,900/month) is available for Tier 1 only.

The monthly payment option (R1,900/month) is available for Tier 1 only and covers the membership fee — the trademark licence is invoiced separately as a single annual payment.
