MaGICA Plan™ Family · Mayine Global Indigenous Coaches Association
A plan that works
like magic —
because it starts
with who you are.
The MaGICA Personal Development Plan™ is not a generic goal-setting document. It is a professionally authored, identity-anchored plan produced by a certified Mayine coach — rooted in the Five Pillars Framework™ and the indigenous diagnostic methodology.
Available across every stage of development — from early childhood through to young adulthood. Each plan is produced by a coach certified for that specific age group and life context. Every plan is a living document, not a once-off report.
Two Different Things
Coaching Summary
vs the MaGICA Plan™
Every coaching cycle ends with a closing document. Understanding the difference between the two options helps you choose what is right for your situation.
Included at the end of every coaching cycle · No extra cost
The Coaching Summary
A concise, internal closing document produced by your coach at the end of every coaching package. It captures the arc of the coaching journey, key shifts observed, and broad recommendations for the next season. It is a record and a reflection — not a diagnostic tool.

The MaGICA Plan™
A comprehensive, professionally authored personal development plan produced through the full MaGICA diagnostic process. Identity profiling, knowledge gap analysis, phase-specific content, Five Pillars mapping, and a structured forward plan. A living document that grows with the young person across their development.
The MaGICA Plan™ Family
Four plans.
One methodology.
Each plan type is matched to a specific life stage and certification track. The right plan depends on who it is for — not on preference or convenience.

MaGICA Parenting
Development Plan™
MaGICA ParDP™ · For parents of Gr 1–12
For parents who want to understand their own parenting patterns — not just their child's development
The MaGICA Parenting Development Plan™ is not about the child — it is about the parent. It maps parenting patterns, family dynamics, cultural identity as a parent, and the relationship between the parent's own history and how they show up in the parenting relationship. Powerfully paired with the child's MaGICA PDP™.
- Parent identity and values mapping
- Parenting pattern analysis — instinctive vs conditioned responses
- Family dynamics and generational influence
- Cultural identity as a parent
- Knowledge gap analysis — what this parent needs to grow
- Forward plan with practical parenting recommendations
- Can be produced alongside the child's MaGICA PDP™ for dual impact

- Identity anchoring — indigenous self, cultural grounding
- Strengths and talent excavation
- Knowledge gap analysis — personal and career identity

- One written document — for the young adult directly
MaGICA Career
Development Plan™
MaGICA CDP™ · Young Adults 16+ · Standalone or fused
For young adults building a career from their identity outward — not from a job list
The MaGICA CDP™ is a career plan that begins with who the young adult is — their innate talents, primary school profile, high school journey, and how all of it points toward a career direction. Built from the indigenous framework, not from Western career counselling models. Available standalone or fused with the MaGICA PDP™.
- Full talent and skills excavation — primary through present
- Innate gifts and indigenous intelligence mapping
- Career direction construction from identity outward
- Industry and opportunity matching
- Entrepreneurship pathway if applicable
- Fused option: MaGICA PDP™ + CDP™ as one comprehensive document
Developmental Phases
Every plan is
phase-specific.

The MaGICA Process
How the plan
is produced.
Every MaGICA Plan™ is produced through a structured 14-day process. This is not a form you fill in — it is a professionally facilitated diagnostic engagement with a certified Mayine coach.
Days 1–2
Parent Intake
Parent completes the MaGICA intake questionnaire — family history, school reports, aspirations, and values
Days 3–5
Parent Session
Live session with the parent — deepening the intake, clarifying context, and understanding the family system
Days 5–7
Child / Teen Session
Intake questionnaire and live session with the young person — their world, in their own words
Days 8–11
Plan Development
Coach collates all information, applies the diagnostic framework, and authors both written documents
Days 12–13
Parent Review
Private parent review of the plan before final delivery — opportunity to clarify and confirm
Day 14
Final Delivery
Both documents delivered — parent version and child/teen version
Post-delivery
Parent Walkthrough
Session to show the parent how to use the plan as a living tool — not a document that sits in a drawer
The Framework
Every plan is anchored
in the Five Pillars™
The Five Pillars Framework™ is the diagnostic and developmental backbone of every MaGICA Plan™. Every section of the plan maps back to one or more of these pillars — ensuring nothing important is missed and nothing superficial is included.
