The Teencoaching Personal Development Plan™ is a structured consultation process that helps parents truly see their child — their nature, their gifts, their learning profile, and the gaps that may be quietly shaping their development — and then build a clear, practical plan for their growth.
Grade 1–4. A single, parent-only engagement — no direct interaction required with your child.

- Readiness for senior primary, laying groundwork for the move toward high school

For children too young for direct coaching conversation. The plan is built from your knowledge of your child, reviewed and explained to you in full.
For pre-teens (Grade 5–7) and teenagers (Grade 8–12). We use "teen" throughout to refer to both age groups.
In every tier, you — the parent — are the client and the plan is built for you. From Tier 2, your teenager can take part in shaping it. For teenagers (Grade 8–12), they also receive their own copy of the plan. For pre-teens (Grade 5–7), the plan stays with you as the parent, however involved your pre-teen has been.

This tier adds a transformation layer that goes beyond the parent's understanding alone. For teenagers (Grade 8–12), this includes their own copy of the plan. For pre-teens (Grade 5–7), the plan remains yours as the parent, shaped more fully by your pre-teen's own voice.

The most complete option. For teenagers (Grade 8–12), parent and teen each leave with their own copy of the plan, a shared understanding, and a shared language. For pre-teens (Grade 5–7), the plan remains yours as the parent, built together in the room.
Tiers 1–3 work when a teenager is willing to take part. Sometimes they aren't — even when they're clearly struggling. This track exists for that reality. It is a private, parent-only annual engagement: you are the client, your child is never required to attend a session, and the strategy is built entirely from what you know and observe.

Four sessions across the year. Your teenager is discussed, never coached directly — unless and until they choose otherwise. Should your teen become open to participating, a light single session can be added at any time, feeding into the same plan.
This is a structured, guided process designed to help us understand your child holistically and develop a clear, practical plan for their growth. Each step builds on the last. (This timeline applies to Tiers 1–3. The Parent Strategic Track runs on its own quarterly rhythm — see above.)
The process begins once your deposit is confirmed. Pay your deposit using the banking details below, send us your proof of payment, and we will send you your intake form within 24 hours.
Payment Structure
A deposit is required to begin the process. The balance is payable before the final document is released.
- Grade 1–4 — R4,950 once-off, paid in full to begin
- Tier 1 — R6,500 | R3,250 deposit + R3,250 balance
- Tier 2 — R8,500 | R4,250 deposit + R4,250 balance
- Tier 3 — R11,500 | R5,750 deposit + R5,750 balance
