This package is not for:
Parents who need to control the coaching process, require frequent intervention from the coach, or are not yet comfortable with the idea that their teenager builds their own relationship with their guide. This journey requires trust. It is not for everyone — and that is intentional.

A note on the South African school system: There is a pattern — particularly for Black teenagers in high-performing or mixed-environment schools — where capable students are quietly redirected away from pure mathematics and science at Grade 9 and 10. This package is structured to protect against that. If your teenager has the ability and the drive to be in medicine, engineering, or the sciences, this journey holds that. This is not a hypothetical. It is work Nomveliso has done — and evidence she already holds.

The Growth Arc operates at one level only — the Full Coaching Container. The container holds your teenager across four core dimensions. The full scope — including the parenting resources, academic ecosystem support, leadership development, and opportunity positioning — is explained during your discovery call and in the information pack.

Monthly Formal Coaching Session
One structured, intentional session per month with your coach personally. The anchor of the entire journey — where growth is named, direction is set, and your teenager is seen.

Weekly Check-In Access
Your teenager has standing weekly check-in access between sessions — initiated by them, in their own time. Nothing has to wait a full month to be processed. This is what makes the container live, not dormant.

Quarterly Parent Feedback
Four times a year, you receive a structured professional feedback session. Not a message — a real conversation about where your teenager is, what is shifting, and what your role is right now.

School Advocacy
When the school system pushes back — on subject choices, stream placement, or how your teenager is being treated — your coach intervenes. This is not an add-on. It is part of the work.

The Contract
Parents sign a 3-year contract at the point of enrolment. Payment is structured annually — a 30% deposit at the start of each year locks in the rate for that year, with the remainder paid monthly over 10 months. The same structure repeats at Year 2 and Year 3. Withdrawal mid-year forfeits that year's deposit and instalments paid to that point. This is a relationship commitment — the contract reflects that.
