3yrs Growth Arc
A founder-led, relationship-based Teencoaching™ journey — Grade 7 through to Grade 10

You built a life that demands everything from you. This is how your teenager stays in the science stream, grows into their leadership, and arrives at Grade 10 with their future intact — while you do the work you were built to do.

Leads in corporate or runs a high-end business
Travels frequently and carries a full life
Is the sole or primary decision-maker for their child
Has the resources and invests without hesitation — in tutors, extracurriculars, sport, and development
Understands coaching because they've done their own work
Knows their teenager belongs in science, medicine, or engineering — and will not allow the system to redirect that
Wants their teenager grounded in cultural identity, not just academics
Has a futuristic mind and sees the world their child is walking into
Is open to IEB-stream transitions and building a strong academic foundation from the start
Wants peace of mind, not weekly reports
This package is not for — Parents who need to control the coaching process, require frequent intervention from the coach, or are not yet comfortable with the idea that their teenager builds their own relationship with their guide. This journey requires trust. It is not for everyone — and that is intentional.

Your teenager enters at one of three points. We walk with them through their most identity-forming years and release them when they are grounded, directional, and solid in who they are becoming.

Open to teenagers currently in
Gr 7 Gr 8 Gr 9 Gr 10
Three years from their current grade. That is the arc.

There is a pattern in South African schools — particularly for black teenagers in high-performing or mixed-environment schools — where capable students are quietly redirected away from pure mathematics and science. It peaks at Grade 9 and 10. It is rarely confrontational. It happens through discouragement, low expectations, administrative shuffling, and teachers who have already decided what a child is capable of.

This package exists in part because of that pattern. If your teenager has the ability and the drive to be in medicine, engineering, or the sciences, this journey is structured to protect that. Subject choice is not left to chance or institutional convenience. The stream your child belongs in is the one they will be supported to stay in.

This is not a hypothetical. It is work Vee has done — and evidence she already holds.

01
Monthly Formal Coaching Session
One structured, intentional session per month with Vee personally. The anchor of the entire journey — where growth is named, direction is set, and the teenager is seen.
02
Weekly Check-In Access via WhatsApp
The teenager has a standing weekly check-in with Vee via WhatsApp — initiated by them, in their own time. This builds the habit of self-reflection and ensures nothing has to wait a full month to be processed. Between check-ins, Vee remains accessible for real-time troubleshooting when something genuinely needs attention.
03
Monthly Supporting Tasks & Activities
Purposeful activities assigned after each session — aligned to where the teenager is in their arc. Not homework. Growth work, delivered in their own time, at their own pace.
04
Quarterly Parent Feedback Session
Four times a year, the parent receives a structured, professional feedback session. Not a WhatsApp update — a real conversation about where their teenager is, what is shifting, and what the parent's role is right now.
05
Family-Oriented Parenting Resources
Between quarters, the parent receives curated parenting resources — things they can engage with on a flight, late at night, in the margins of a full life. Practical. Relevant. Specific to where their family is.
06
School Advocacy
When the school system pushes back — on subject choices, stream placement, assessments, or how your teenager is being treated — Vee intervenes. As a travelling, working parent you cannot always be present for the battles that matter most. This package means you don't have to be. Advocacy is included. It is not an add-on. It is part of the work.
07
Academic Ecosystem Building
Vee works with the family to identify and recommend the right tutorial support, subject specialists, and academic resources — especially for IEB-stream transitions or science and mathematics foundations. You are not navigating that alone. The right people are identified, referred, and integrated into your teenager's support structure from the start.
08
Leadership Growth & Gifted Teen Development
For teenagers who show natural leadership ability or giftedness, this journey creates deliberate space for that to grow. Leadership is not left to chance or to the school's discretion. It is noticed, named, nurtured, and channelled — so that by Grade 10 the teenager is not just academically prepared but positioned as someone who leads from who they are.
09
Opportunity Identification & Positioning
As Vee works with the teenager, she actively watches for relevant opportunities — science programmes, leadership platforms, competitions, cultural experiences, bursary pipelines — and flags them to the family. Parents who act on these give their teenagers a documented edge before the rest of the market even knows the opportunity exists.
10
5% Retreat Discount + Priority Booking
Growth Arc families receive 5% off any Mayine residential retreat and first right of refusal before public booking opens. Retreats are capped at 15 participants — priority access is not a small thing.
11
Price Lock — Full Three Years
The rate you sign at today is the rate you pay for the full three years. Mayine's fees increase annually. Your Growth Arc rate does not. You are protected.
Price-Locked for 36 Months

Your monthly fee is fixed for the full three years — it does not change regardless of future Mayine fee increases. A 30% deposit confirms your teenager's spot and locks your rate from day one.

A once-off Setup & Onboarding Fee of R1,500 applies when the coaching relationship is established. This is separate from your monthly coaching fee and is not part of the coaching container.

Billed monthly · deposit upfront · fee unchanged for 36 months Setup fee: R1,500 once-off · Associates: R350

You are not buying sessions. You are buying consistent presence in your teenager's life for three years — through the years that shape everything.

You are buying the ability to board a plane, close a deal, lead a room — and know that the most important person in your life is held, seen, guided, and protected.

You are buying someone who will stand between your teenager and a system that does not always have their best interests at heart — particularly when it comes to science, mathematics, and the streams that lead to medicine and engineering.

You are buying a teenager who arrives at Grade 10 knowing who they are, where they are going, and why it matters — with their stream intact, their leadership visible, and their future uncompromised.

Duration
36 months from the date of signing. No early exit — this is a relationship commitment, not a subscription.
Payment Structure
Billed annually. A 30% deposit confirms your teenager's spot and locks in your rate. The remainder is paid monthly over 10 months. The same structure applies at Year 2 and Year 3. Your deposit and monthly rate are fixed for the full three years.
Sibling Rate
A second child from the same family, within the eligible grade range, receives a sibling rate — also price-locked for three years. Each child holds a separate contract and coaching relationship.
Starting Point
Every journey begins with a Starting Point Session™ — a full intake for the teenager and a separate parent briefing.
Eligibility
Open to teenagers currently in Grade 7 to Grade 10. Three years from their current grade. That is the arc.
Sibling Rate
A second child from the same family, within the eligible grade range, joins at R7,000/month — also price-locked for the full three years. Each child holds a separate contract and a separate coaching relationship. A sibling outside the eligible grade range is offered a standard one-on-one arrangement at current rates.
Cohort Cap
This founding cohort is capped at 6 teenagers — not 6 families. A family with two eligible children occupies two cohort spots. When 6 teenagers are confirmed, the cohort closes.

Families commit to a three-year coaching journey, with their selected coaching fee locked for the full 36 months and protected from future price increases.

Coaching Rhythm
Families may select either a Monthly or Quarterly coaching rhythm.

The rhythm is not simply about how often formal sessions occur. It determines how the coaching relationship is structured across the three years — including how the coach engages with the teenager, when parent involvement happens, and how developmental priorities are reviewed and reset.

Monthly rhythm provides a more frequent formal coaching point and a closer ongoing relationship between coach and teenager across the year.

Quarterly rhythm structures the coaching relationship around four defined cycles per year. Each cycle has a clear beginning, working period and review. The scope of involvement within each cycle is determined by the coaching level selected.

A Monthly and a Quarterly Full Coaching Container are not the same offering. The rhythm affects the scope, frequency and nature of the coach's involvement — including parent engagement. This will be explained in full during onboarding.
Three-Year Price Lock
Once your place is confirmed, your selected monthly fee is locked for the full three-year Growth Arc™. Your fee does not change because our standard fees change. A once-off R1,500 Setup & Onboarding Fee applies. Full details about coaching rhythm, communication, parent involvement, reviews and expectations are provided during onboarding.

Both coaching levels are available through Nomveliso personally or through a Mayine Licensed Associate. Same methodology. Same price lock. Same commitment to your teenager's growth.
