Founder Foundation Coaching — The Teencoaching™ Journey
The Teencoaching™ Development Journey

Your teenager doesn't need another programme. They need the right support, at the right stage.

Founder Foundation Coaching is three months of deep, identity-anchored work directly with Nomveliso Mbanga — a connected container of tracking, weekly goals, and personalised support, building toward one solid developmental foundation. Not a single session. Not a menu of separate services.

Founder Foundation Coaching

Licensed Associate Teencoaching™

Three months laying the foundation, directly with the Founder — followed by nine months of ongoing implementation with a Licensed Associate Teencoach.

Before You Begin

What Teencoaching™ is — and what it isn't

Clarity matters before any family starts this work.

What it is

  • A structured, indigenous-based approach to identity and human development
  • Built on accountability, support, and consistent presence over time
  • Collaborative — parent, teenager, and coach working toward a shared developmental goal
  • Focused on the long term — habits, self-understanding, and direction that outlast the coaching itself

What it is not

  • Not counselling or clinical therapy
  • Not a quick fix, and not a single conversation that resolves everything
  • Not a disciplinary intervention done to a teenager
  • Not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, where that is needed
How It Actually Works

You're not booking a session. You're entering a container.

Every conversation connects to the one before it. Nothing resets. Nothing is generic. What you're investing in is a continuously tracked, highly personalised developmental process — not a single hour, repeated a few times.

Tracking

Bi-Weekly Tracking

Progress is tracked between formal sessions, not just measured at the start and end of the three months.

Structure

Weekly Goals & Check-Ins

Small, concrete developmental goals your teenager works toward each week, with check-ins to keep momentum between sessions.

Access

Space Between Sessions

When something real comes up for your teenager, there's a way to reach out — not just wait for the next scheduled hour.

Support

In-Between Parent Guidance

Parents aren't left guessing. When something comes up at home, there's space for guidance in between formal check-ins.

Continuity

Connected Data, Not Repeated Starts

Every session builds on what was learned in the last one. The picture of your teenager gets sharper and more personalised over time — it never starts from zero.

Outcome

One Diagnostic Foundation

All of it — tracking, goals, check-ins, connected data — feeds into a single developmental diagnosis and foundation, built specifically around your teenager.

The difference

A once-off session gives advice. A container builds a foundation — because the insight from week one is still working for your teenager in week twelve.

Part of something larger than one coaching relationship

Your teenager and your family aren't engaging with an isolated service — you're stepping into the wider Teencoaching™ community, grounded in the same indigenous-based approach to human development at every stage. That's the philosophy behind the container: growth held collectively, not worked through alone.

The Methodology

Built on the Five Pillars Framework™

Every stage of the journey — Founder or Licensed Associate — is anchored in the same five pillars.

01

Emotional Intelligence

Understanding and regulating what's felt, not just what's said.

02

Intellectual Growth

Academic direction that grows from curiosity, not pressure.

03

Indigenous Identity & Cultural Grounding

Rooted in an indigenous-based approach to human development.

04

Family Dynamics

Coaching that includes the family system, not just the teenager.

05

Self-Leadership Excellence

Building the internal authority to lead their own life.

A Complete Foundation

Founder Foundation Coaching

Three months, working directly with Nomveliso Mbanga — delivered as one connected container, not a series of stand-alone sessions. This is where identity clarity, developmental diagnosis, and a solid, complete foundation get built.

  • Direct, one-on-one coaching with the Founder — every session connected, not stand-alone
  • Bi-weekly tracking and weekly goals to hold momentum between sessions
  • Space for your teenager to reach out between sessions when something real comes up
  • Parent access for in-between guidance, not just scheduled check-ins
  • A cumulative, highly personalised developmental picture — never a reset back to zero
  • A complete diagnostic foundation and personal development framework, yours to keep
Standard
R4,250/month

One coaching session per month with Nomveliso Mbanga, for three months.

Three months builds a solid, complete foundation on its own — the diagnostic clarity, the framework, and a personal development roadmap. From there, Nomveliso's role is to build that foundation and make the right referral — not to hold the next nine months herself. For families who want the work to keep going, she refers you directly to a Licensed Associate Teencoach, solidly anchored in everything already built.

If You'd Like To Continue

Licensed Associate Teencoaching™

At the end of your three months, Nomveliso refers you directly to one of our Licensed Associate Teencoaches for months four through twelve. Licensed Associates are part of our own ecosystem and membership — monthly coaching supervision with the Founder is a core part of how they work. From this point, coaching fees are paid directly to your Licensed Associate.

  • A direct referral from Nomveliso at the end of your Founder Foundation phase
  • Part of our ecosystem and membership — monthly coaching supervision with the Founder is core to how every Licensed Associate works
  • Coaching fees paid directly to your Licensed Associate Teencoach
  • Continued monthly coaching, anchored in the foundation already built
  • Ongoing accountability, habit formation, and academic development sustained over time
Standard
R1,200/month

Questions, Answered

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything parents usually ask before starting the journey.

About The Coaching
What exactly is Founder Foundation Coaching?

Three months of coaching, working directly with Nomveliso Mbanga. It's delivered as one connected container — bi-weekly tracking, weekly goals, and check-ins — rather than a series of stand-alone sessions. This is where identity clarity, developmental diagnosis, and a complete foundation get built.

How is this different from booking a single coaching session?

A once-off session gives advice in the moment. This is a container — every session connects to the one before it, progress is tracked between sessions, and the developmental picture gets more personalised over time. Nothing resets, and nothing is generic.

Is Teencoaching™ the same as therapy or counselling?

No. It's not counselling or clinical therapy, it's not a quick fix, and it's not a disciplinary intervention done to a teenager. It's a structured, indigenous-based approach to identity and development, built on accountability and collaboration between parent, teenager, and coach. Where medical or psychological treatment is needed, coaching isn't a substitute for that.

What is the Five Pillars Framework™?

The methodology every stage of the journey is anchored in: Emotional Intelligence, Intellectual Growth, Indigenous Identity & Cultural Grounding, Family Dynamics, and Self-Leadership Excellence.

Standard vs. Intensive
What's the difference between Standard and Intensive?

Standard (R4,250/month) is one coaching session per month with Nomveliso Mbanga. Intensive (R8,500/month) is two formal sessions per month, plus the container's built-in availability for additional support if your teenager or you need to reach out in between.

Does Intensive mean unlimited or daily access?

No — Intensive is capped at two formal sessions per month. The additional in-between availability is there for real, timely needs as they come up, not as an open-ended or daily service.

Who is Intensive best suited for?

Families wanting closer, more frequent support during the foundation phase — including teens needing more intensive support, and teens performing below 50% academically.

After The Three Months
What happens after the three months end?

Nomveliso refers you directly to one of our Licensed Associate Teencoaches to continue the work for months four through twelve. Her role is to build the foundation and make the right referral — not to hold the next nine months herself.

Do I have to continue with a Licensed Associate?

No. The three months stands as a complete foundation on its own — the diagnostic clarity, the framework, and a personal development roadmap. Continuing with a Licensed Associate is strongly recommended for long-term, sustained change, but it's your decision.

Who are the Licensed Associate Teencoaches?

They're part of our own ecosystem and membership — coaches who work within the Teencoaching™ methodology and meet with Nomveliso directly in monthly coaching supervision, so oversight continues even once she isn't coaching your teenager personally.

Who do I pay, and when?

Months 1–3 (Founder Foundation Coaching) are billed by Mayine Development Institute. If you continue into months 4–12, coaching fees from that point are paid directly to your Licensed Associate Teencoach.

Will I receive anything in writing at the end of the three months?

If you continue on with a Licensed Associate, Nomveliso personally creates a full Personal Development Plan — recommendations, accountability areas, and developmental priorities — handed to your Licensed Associate and to you. If you don't continue, you'll receive a Founder Coaching Summary; the full Personal Development Plan can also be requested separately.
