For Professionals
Train in a methodology that
honours indigenous identity
The Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ ecosystem offers ICF CCE-accredited certification pathways for coaches, educators, and clinical practitioners working with African teenagers, young adults, families, and communities. Every certification is baNtu-rooted, sovereignty-oriented, and designed for practitioners ready to go deeper.
Entry Pathways
Two ways into the ecosystem
Every practitioner enters through one of two gateways. The coaching pathway is open entry — no prior certification required. The clinical pathway requires existing SACSSP or HPCSA registration. Both lead to MaGICA™ — the professional home for all Mayine practitioners.
Pathway 1 — Coaching Track
Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ Certification
Open to any practitioner — coaches, educators, youth workers, social entrepreneurs, and others working with young people and families. No prior coaching certification is required. The coaching track begins with CIAT™ and grows from there.
- Open entry — no prior certification required
- Begins with CIAT™ as the foundation certification
- Extends into CIAC™ (career) and CIAP™ (parenting) as specialist tracks
- 40-hour coaching log with teenagers required before certification
- ICF CCE-accredited methodology
Pathway 2 — Clinical Track
Advanced Integrative Trauma-Practitioner Programme™
Designed for SACSSP or HPCSA-registered professionals — social workers, psychologists, counsellors, and related practitioners — who want to integrate the Teencoaching™ methodology into their clinical practice.
- Requires current SACSSP or HPCSA registration
- Three tiers: AITPPM™ Foundation (R72,000), Advanced (R85,000), Master (R95,000)
- Integrates indigenous methodology with existing clinical framework
- Supervision structure aligned to clinical professional standards
- Can be combined with CIAT™ for a full dual-track practice

What Is Included
An already-built practice in your hands
Certification is not just a credential. Every certified Mayine coach leaves with a complete, priced practice system — tools, methodology, coaching plans, and a minimum session rate already set. Nothing starts from scratch.
Methodology
The Five Pillars
Identity & Cultural Grounding, Family Dynamics, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Leadership, and Intellectual Growth — the complete developmental framework behind every programme and session delivered under Mayine certification.
Coaching Infrastructure
Library & Coaching Plans
A curated library of coaching plans, session frameworks, and programme templates across all age groups and coaching contexts. Licensed Associate members receive ongoing library updates as the methodology evolves. Sessions are never charged below R950.
Business of Coaching
A Priced System
Certified coaches enter with a defined minimum pricing floor, a complete business model, and modules covering practice management, client packaging, and income planning. The income model is built — coaches implement it, not design it from scratch.
After Certification
Two paths — one permanent decision
On completing any Mayine certification, every coach chooses one of two pathways. The choice governs how they practise. There is no informal middle ground.
Pathway A — Independent Practice
Certified. Independent. On your own terms.
The coach practises independently under their own brand. They retain their certification credential permanently. They do not use Mayine trademarked titles. They are not listed on the Mayine website. No annual fees to Mayine. No supervision obligation through Mayine. Full responsibility for their own practice, quality, and safeguarding.
- Certification is permanent and referenceable
- No trademark use permitted
- No Mayine listing or ecosystem access
- No ongoing obligation to Mayine
Pathway B — Licensed Associate
MaGICA™ — The Mayine Practitioner Ecosystem
The coach practises under Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™. They use their certified practitioner title and are listed on the Mayine directory. They belong to MaGICA™ — the professional community with supervision, library access, masterclasses, retreats, and a cross-referral network. Annual trademark licence fee plus membership tier fee apply.

- Tier 1 membership: R12,000/year (R20,500 total)
