The coaching container is an ongoing developmental relationship
The work is structured around maintaining continuity throughout the coaching cycle, with the coaching session serving as the formal space where insights surface, goals are set, and direction is clarified. Between sessions, the process remains active through ongoing communication, tasks, tracking, advocacy, and positioning.

Every engagement at R8,500/month and above includes the Full Coaching Container in its entirety. You are not choosing between levels of service — you are choosing the structure and rhythm that fits your teenager's needs.
Full Coaching Container
All nine container elements. For teenagers at or above 50% — the standard for all engaged work.

Dual Coaching · Teen + Parent
Full Container for the teen + dedicated parent coaching — not an add-on, one holistic relationship.

Focused Entry
1 session per month. Purpose-specific only — not a long-term alternative to the Full Container.
⚠ After 3 months, continued support requires moving to the Full Container. No exceptions.
Mandatory 12-Month Condition
A 12-month minimum applies to all teenagers performing below 50%, on both the Full Container and Dual Coaching tiers — the minimum condition for meaningful, sustained change.
Closes with a comprehensive Personal Development Plan and formal parent feedback session.
For specific, defined needs
Not every family is ready for the full container from the start. Focused Entry is available for these situations only:
Not for: teenagers performing below 50% academically (requires the Full Container with a 12-month minimum), or open-ended identity and developmental work.
Teencoaching 3yrs Growth Arc™
Where Focused Entry is short-term (3 months maximum), the Growth Arc is the opposite end of the same One-on-One offering — a 36-month commitment, price-locked for the full term, holding a teenager from where they are now to where they're going. Open to teenagers currently in Grade 7–10.
