The Teencoaching™ Thrive Club is a growth-focused community designed to help high school students (Grade 8–12) navigate adolescence with confidence, clarity, and direction.
This is not a motivational program — it’s a coaching-based, structured community that builds resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence through guided experiences.
The Core Experience: In-Person Membership (Hybrid Access Included)
R3,500/month (incl. online portal access)
Once-off admin fee: R500
Once we have ±15 teens in your region, in-person sessions officially begin. Until then, members enjoy online resources and recorded sessions to stay engaged.
Each In-Person Membership includes:
1-on-1 coaching with an assigned Certified Teencoach™ (bi-weekly)
Monthly in-person group workshops with all regional members
Full access to the Thrive Club Online Portal (pre-recorded learning content, no live streams)
Periodic parent updates
Themed retreats and events throughout the year
All resources and printable journals included
In-person sessions are designed to give teens a real sense of community, structure, and accountability — no screens, no distractions, just meaningful growth and connection.

For Teens Outside Active Regions: Online Access Only

Teens without an active in-person region can join the Thrive Club Online, where they access all pre-recorded content, reflection prompts, and growth challenges at their own pace.
Includes:
Access to the full online resource library
Pre-recorded coaching modules led by Certified Teencoaches™
Weekly affirmation and growth challenges (via WhatsApp & portal)
Moderated online community (no live coaching, no peer chat)
Festive Season emotional support buffer (moderators available for guidance during holidays)
This option keeps teens connected until their regional group officially launches.
How to Join & What Happens Next
Option 1: Online Membership – R950/month
For teens who prefer online growth and flexibility.
How to Join:

You’ll be redirected to our secure PayFast payment gateway to complete your subscription.
Your card will be charged R950/month, renewing automatically each month. You can cancel anytime — no contracts or penalties.
After You Join:
You’ll receive a welcome email with your teen’s unique access link to the Thrive Club Online Portal.
Your teen will also be invited to join the Teencoaching™ Thrive Club WhatsApp group for reminders, affirmations, and quick updates.
Within the first week, your teen will:
Access the “Start Here” guide and orientation videos.
Receive their first weekly affirmation and growth challenge via WhatsApp.
Be officially part of a safe, moderated community with structured content and ongoing guidance.
Your teen will get reminders before every live session, and all recordings will be stored in the portal for easy review.
Around festive seasons, the group remains open as a support space — teens can reach out for guidance even when live sessions pause.
As a parent, you’ll receive monthly updates and community highlights so you can stay connected to your teen’s growth journey.

Option 2: Hybrid Membership – R3,500/month
For teens who want both personalized coaching and in-person experiences.
How to Join:
Join the waiting list form at the bottom of this page.
Provide your teen’s grade, school location, and any special interests.
Once your region reaches 15 registered teens, we’ll launch the in-person sessions and finalize onboarding.
You’ll receive an email with next steps, payment options, and your assigned Certified Teencoach™ details.
After You Join:
Your teen will be assigned to a Certified Teencoach™ for personalized one-on-one guidance.
They’ll participate in monthly in-person workshops and group sessions, while also gaining full access to the online community and resources.
Their Teencoach will track progress, support accountability, and offer regular check-ins.
Parents receive monthly progress summaries and highlights from the coach.
During festive seasons or holidays, your teen maintains online community access and emergency coaching support, ensuring continuity of care and connection.
