The Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ retreat experience is expanding beyond the founder-led season. Regional Retreats bring the same baNtu-rooted methodology to young people across South Africa — hosted by licensed Mayine associates in their own regions, at a more accessible investment.

Regional Retreats are facilitated by licensed Mayine associates — certified Teencoaching™ practitioners who have completed their training under the Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ methodology and have been approved to host retreat experiences in their region.

These retreats follow the same structured framework as the founder-led season — identity work, cultural grounding, the Five Pillars, and the Mindset of Academic Excellence™ woven throughout. The difference is accessibility: more regions, more young people reached, at a more accessible price point.

Regional Retreats sit alongside — not below — the founder-led retreats. They are a distinct offering with their own value, structure, and purpose:
- Hosted by a certified, licensed Mayine associate in their home region — bringing local knowledge and community connection to the experience
- Available at a more accessible investment — starting from R9,800 per participant
- Structured around the same Five Pillar framework and Teencoaching™ methodology as all Mayine retreat experiences
- Supervised and quality-assured by Mayine Development Institute — every associate is accountable to the same standard of practice
