When you invest in working directly with Nomveliso, you are not purchasing a set of hourly sessions. You are opening a container — a structured, ongoing coaching relationship that holds your young person throughout the full engagement. Here is what that container includes.
The coaching container is an ongoing developmental relationship that extends beyond the formal coaching session. The work is structured around maintaining continuity throughout the coaching cycle, with the coaching session serving as the formal space where insights surface, goals are set, and direction is clarified. Between sessions, the coaching process remains active through ongoing communication, goal-setting, individually crafted tasks, tracking, advocacy, opportunity positioning, tertiary and bursary readiness, and leadership development. The specific rhythm and application of each element depend on the individual teenager, their developmental needs, and the engagement structure.

What this means in practice
The Full Coaching Container
Everything listed above — the nine elements, the formal deliverables, the pre-teen additions where applicable — is what we call the Full Coaching Container. It is not a premium add-on. It is the standard of engagement when you work with Nomveliso directly.
The Full Container means that the coaching relationship is active between sessions, not dormant. Your teenager receives structured goals, weekly check-ins, between-session tasks, tracking, advocacy, and positioning — not as extras, but as the baseline of what this relationship involves.
Every engagement at R8,500/month and above — whether monthly, quarterly, or on the intensive or dual tiers — includes the Full Coaching Container in its entirety. The fee reflects the full scope of professional involvement, not simply the duration of a session.

Not every family is ready for the full container from the start. The Focused Entry is a defined, purpose-specific engagement — a 3-month maximum. After 3 months, if the work needs to continue, the teenager moves into the Full Container. No exceptions.
⚠ After 3 months, continued support requires moving to the Full Container at R8,500/month. The Focused Entry is an entry point — not a long-term alternative.

The complete professional coaching relationship — sessions, goals, check-ins, tracking, advocacy, positioning, tertiary readiness, and leadership development. Available as ongoing monthly, 6-month, or 12-month fixed-term. Fixed-term engagements close with a Personal Development Plan and formal parent feedback session.

Dual Coaching · Teen + Parent

Full Container for the teen + dedicated parent coaching · one integrated engagement
A holistic, dual developmental relationship
Not a teen package with a parent session added on. One integrated engagement holding both simultaneously. The parent's coaching holds three things: their role with this specific teenager, goal-setting and strategic alignment, and their own growth and wellbeing as a person beyond the parenting role.

The Teencoaching 3yrs Growth Arc™
Founder or Licensed Associate · Application Only
Three years. Same teenager. One unbroken container.
The Growth Arc is the most comprehensive coaching engagement Mayine offers. A 36-month commitment — price-locked for the full term — that holds a teenager from where they are now to where they are going. Available directly with Nomveliso (6 spaces only) or through our Licensed Associate network.
⚠ Mandatory Condition · Teenagers Below 50%
A 12-month minimum commitment is strictly required for all teenagers performing below 50% academically — on both the Full Container and Dual Coaching tiers. Sustained, consistent support over a full year is the minimum condition for meaningful change at this level. The engagement closes with a comprehensive Personal Development Plan and a formal parent feedback session.

Focused Entry

What falls under Focused Entry
High School Readiness
Grade 7 transition — emotional, academic, and social preparation for the move into high school.
Tertiary Readiness — Grade 12
8-month structured engagement. Includes coaching with Nomveliso and mock examinations by the Mayine team. One intake per year — closes 31 January 2027. After this date, applications go to the 2028 waitlist.
Disruption Re-Anchoring
New school, relocation, family change — a defined support structure to help your teenager find their footing in an unfamiliar environment.
Grief Transition Support
For teenagers acting out or withdrawing after loss. Includes school advocacy where needed.
Not for: Teenagers performing below 50% academically — they require the Full Container with a 12-month minimum. The Focused Entry is also not appropriate for open-ended identity and developmental work.
