When you invest in working directly with Nomveliso, you are not purchasing a set of hourly sessions. You are opening a container — a structured, ongoing coaching relationship that holds your young person throughout the full engagement. Here is what that container includes.

All engagements include the full coaching container. There are two distinct packages — Standard Growth & Development for teens performing at or above 50%, and the High-Need Intensive for teenagers below 50% and out-of-school young adults (16+) building a career from scratch. The package you enter is determined by where your teenager or young person actually is — not where you hope they are.

Step 1 — Parent Discovery Conversation
We discuss your teenager's academic standing, developmental stage, family context, and what you are hoping this engagement will shift. Expectations, commitment, and programme fit are confirmed here.
Step 2 — Teen Discovery Conversation
We speak directly with your teenager — to understand their world, gain their buy-in, and ensure they are willing to engage. Coaching only begins once both parent and teen are aligned and committed.

⚠ 12 months is strictly required. No short-form option exists for teens at this level. A teenager performing below 50% is not addressing a semester gap — they are addressing a developmental gap that has accumulated over years. This requires consistent adult presence, repetition without shame, and a relationship that does not expire at the end of the month.

Every Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ retreat is currently facilitated personally by Nomveliso. Three days, residential, with a maximum of 15 participants per stream. The methodology is the same across all retreats — what changes is who is in the room and how the conversations are held.
