For Parents · Of Pre-Teens, Teenagers & Young Adults

Your child is growing.
So are you.

Whether you are parenting a 10-year-old, a 16-year-old, or a 22-year-old — the need is the same. To stay connected. To parent with intention. To understand who your child is becoming, and who you are in that relationship. We work with parents at every stage.

Our Approach in Indigenously Parenting: Instinct

We are a growing group of Indigenously Parenting Coaches who provide quality emotional & mental health support in Parenting your children with a heavy realisance on Parenting connect with their own INSTINCT. As advocates of healthy parents, as a collective we assist members by providing coaching understanding yourself, your parenting style plus connecting with your child’s innate attributes so that you parent them from who they are, and not from how your neighbor is raising their child. Let us help you connect with one of our coaches who meets your needs and is available to see you, online or in-person.

What is Instinct Based Parenting

Instinct-Based Parenting is an approach to parenting that emphasizes the importance of following your natural instincts and intuition when it comes to making parenting decisions. This approach is based on the belief that parents have an innate sense of what is best for their child, and that by trusting this intuition, they can provide the best possible care and support for their child's development.

Instinct-Based Parenting encourages parents to tune in to their child's individual needs and personalities, and to respond to them in a way that feels authentic and intuitive. This may involve practices such as baby-led weaning, following a child's natural sleep patterns, and responding to a child's emotional needs in the moment.

An indigenous approach

This approach is often contrasted with more prescriptive parenting styles that emphasize strict routines and schedules, and that may not always take into account a child's unique needs and personalities.

While Instinct-Based Parenting encourages parents to trust their intuition, it also emphasizes the importance of building a strong foundation of knowledge and support to help inform parenting decisions. This may involve seeking out education and resources on child development, as well as seeking guidance and support from trusted professionals and community members.
