Fees shown are base rates. All engagements are confirmed through the intake process. Continental Africa clients are those based anywhere on the African continent outside South Africa. International clients are those based outside Africa entirely. If you are unsure which tier applies to you, indicate your location in your enquiry and it will be confirmed at intake.
Why international and continental rates differ from local
Working with a client outside South Africa is not simply delivering the same service at a different location. It requires Nomveliso to research and understand the client's specific educational environment, school or tertiary culture, curriculum structure, and the broader socio-cultural context that shapes who the young person is. That research, preparation, and ongoing contextual intelligence is real work — and it is factored into the rate. Continental Africa and International fees reflect the full scope of what each engagement actually demands.

Every Nomveliso Mbanga Teencoaching™ retreat is currently facilitated personally by Nomveliso. Three days, residential, with a maximum of 15 participants per stream. The methodology is the same across all retreats — what changes is who is in the room and how the conversations are held.
All retreats are application-based and limited to a maximum of 15 participants. Investment varies based on venue and logistics. Full details and information packs are available on the Retreats page.
Pricing philosophy
You are not paying
for sessions.
Before you look at the numbers, understand what they actually represent. The monthly fee is not a session fee. It is a Developmental Retainer — and the distinction matters enormously.

When you enter a Developmental Retainer with Nomveliso Mbanga, your monthly investment covers the full scope of what it takes to work with a young person seriously and well. Sessions are the visible surface. The real work runs beneath them — continuously.
Coaching conversations
Sessions are scheduled as the developmental arc requires — not fixed at a predetermined number. In some months there may be two sessions. In others, three. What matters is the work, not the count. Your young person can also request a session at a critical moment — that access is built into the retainer.
Documentation & institutional liaison
Any documentation that needs to happen on behalf of your young person is included. Letters to schools, recommendations, progress notes, requests for further information from institutions — the written and administrative work of coaching is real work, and it is covered within the retainer.
Integration periods
There are times when a young person needs to integrate — to live with what they have learned before the next layer of work begins. These are not empty weeks. They are deliberate developmental space. When they return, there is a structured debrief, a review of what has shifted, and new materials designed around where they now are.
Parent conversations & support
As a parent, you are part of the coaching ecosystem. The retainer includes fact-finding conversations, positioning discussions, and support calls where you need clarity on how to handle a decision, navigate a situation, or activate something at home. Your role is acknowledged and supported — not excluded.
Custom programme design
Every client receives a coaching arc designed specifically for them — not a template. Workbooks, worksheets, exercises, and activities created for your young person's specific season, grade, and developmental needs. Nomveliso's ongoing thinking, research, and strategic planning around each client is part of what your retainer funds.
Natural programme evolution
Nomveliso does not coach in isolation from her full methodology. As she works with a young person, she will see their potential and their readiness — and the work will naturally deepen. What begins as Standard Growth & Development may evolve into the Leadership Arena™. That evolution is not an upsell. It is the work working.
The important distinction
When you see the monthly fee, do not divide it by the number of sessions and ask whether it is worth it. The Developmental Retainer is not priced by the hour. It is priced by the scope of what is actually being done on your young person's behalf — month after month, in the sessions and between them.

Structured, coaching-driven workshops for organisations working with young people, parents, or practitioners. Each workshop is built around direct engagement — not passive listening. Participants leave having done real work, not just heard a talk.
Institutional Advisory
Advisory Board Appointments
Organisations working in youth development, education, mental health, or coaching may request Nomveliso's participation as an advisory board member. Advisory engagements are considered individually and are subject to alignment with the Mayine methodology and values.
Panel Participation
Expert Panel Discussions
Nomveliso Mbanga participates in panel discussions on indigenous coaching, adolescent development, Ubuntu philosophy, decolonial education, and the intersection of cultural identity with youth wellbeing. Panel participation is selective and topic-dependent.

Custom Organisational Engagements
Schools, NGOs, corporates, and government bodies may engage Nomveliso Mbanga for curriculum review, programme design consultation, coaching team development, or other bespoke engagements. All requests are considered on their merit and context.

Nomveliso does not accept motivational speaking engagements. The work is personal, direct, and coaching-led — and every engagement reflects that.
